Data collected
Identity (first name, last name, email), information about your units (name, country), income, expenses, invoices, quotes and documents you import, and your preferences (language, currency).
Purposes
Providing the service: tracking income and expenses, automatic analysis of invoices and quotes, exports and secure access for your accountant. Your data is never sold or used for advertising.
Automatic analysis
Imported invoices and quotes are analysed by an OpenAI artificial intelligence model, through Lovable's AI gateway, solely to extract invoice number, amount, company, date and due date. When you request analysis of a personal lease, the supplied pages are sent to the same service to extract clauses and remove former identities. LocaPool does not archive the original document; only the clauses you review and save are retained with the tenancy. These analyses may contain errors: check in particular that former contact details have been removed and review the clauses before saving or signing. You can always edit the results.
Sharing
Your data is only accessible to you and to people you send a private accountant link, which you can revoke at any time. No government body is connected to LocaPool.
Hosting and security
Data is stored in a PostgreSQL database managed by Supabase. The application is hosted by Lovable. Access is encrypted and each account can only access its own data.
Data retention
When your trial or subscription ends, access to properties, invoices and reports is suspended. Your data stays safely stored until you return, unless you choose to delete your account. Your accountant access link is also disabled; you can create a new one as soon as you subscribe again.

Under the GDPR, you have the right to access, rectify, erase, restrict, object to and port your data. Write to info@hospitalityaistudio.com. You may also contact the competent data protection authority.
