Purpose of the service

LocaPool lets you track rental property income and expenses, store invoices and quotes, and prepare records to share with an accountant or tax advisor.

Responsibility and automatic analysis

Analyses are performed by artificial intelligence and may contain errors. Users must check the extracted information. LocaPool does not provide tax or legal advice and does not guarantee that expenses are deductible. No government body is connected to LocaPool.

Subscription and retention

When your trial or subscription ends, access to properties, invoices and reports is suspended. Your data stays safely stored until you return, unless you choose to delete your account. Your accountant access link is also disabled; you can create a new one as soon as you subscribe again.
