Terms of Use (EULA)

These terms describe use of the LocaPool service. For the app downloaded from the App Store, Apple’s Standard EULA also applies. This page does not replace that license and is not an official translation of it.

1. Publisher and purpose

LocaPool is published by Sylvain DEL BELLINO. Contact: info@hospitalityaistudio.com. The service is for individuals to track their rental properties, income, expenses, invoices, quotes and documents, and share their figures and supporting documents with their accountant.

2. License and account

The iPhone app license is governed by Apple’s Standard EULA linked below. You must protect your login details, provide accurate information and only import documents you are authorized to use or share.

3. Apple subscriptions

Plans are offered for one month or one year. The price, duration and property limits are displayed before purchase confirmation; the amount shown by Apple applies to the transaction. Payment is charged to your Apple account at confirmation of purchase. The subscription renews automatically unless cancelled at least 24 hours before the end of the current period. Renewal is charged within the 24 hours before that period ends. Manage or cancel your subscription in your Apple account settings.

4. Trial, subscription end and data

The standard trial lasts 30 days. When the trial or a non-renewed subscription ends, access to properties, invoices and reports is suspended. Your data remains safely stored, without automatic purging, unless you choose to delete your account. Your accountant access link is also disabled; you can create a new one as soon as you subscribe again. Deleting your account does not cancel your Apple subscription.

5. Review and responsibility

Automatic analyses may contain errors. Review extracted information, leases and documents before saving, signing or sending them. LocaPool only provides figures and documents to your accountant; it does not apply country-specific tax rules or provide tax or legal advice.

6. Privacy and sharing

The Privacy Policy explains data processing, retention and your rights. Only send private accountant links to authorized people; you can revoke them.

7. Support and rights

For questions about LocaPool or your data, contact info@hospitalityaistudio.com. These terms do not limit mandatory rights under applicable law. Refund requests for Apple purchases are handled by Apple according to its procedures.
